After accepting a job offer, Verónica moves into a new flat that she has to share with Raquel, a young woman with peculiar interests… When she starts having inexplicable experiences, she realises there is another resident living in the shadows of the house.

Depois do apocalipse, Pumpkin (Milly Shapiro de “Hereditary”) é a última rapariga viva na Terra. Sozinha num mundo devastado, passa a noite de Halloween à procura de alguma companhia, agarrando-se à esperança de que ainda exista alguém com quem possa falar, rir ou simplesmente partilhar o medo que sente. Quando finalmente tocam à sua porta, Pumpkin chega à triste conclusão que mais vale sozinha do que mal acompanhada. Os seus visitantes trazem consigo uma ameaça muito mais sinistra do que qualquer criatura que pudesse ter imaginado — a falsa aparência de que a querem bem — e, de repente, vê-se obrigada a armadilhar a sua própria casa para sobreviver. Com apenas 80 preciosos minutos, é uma poção halloweenesca com todos os ingredientes correctos: doces, abóboras, fim do mundo, uma amizade que nasce da adversidade e um manual DIY de como nos livrarmos de visitas indesejadas.
After the apocalypse, Pumpkin (Milly Shapiro from “Hereditary”) is the last girl alive on Earth. Alone in a devastated world, she spends Halloween night searching for some company, clinging to the hope that there is still someone out there to talk to, laugh with or simply share her fear. When someone finally knocks on her door, Pumpkin comes to the sad realization that she is better off alone than in bad company. Her visitors bring with them a threat far more sinister than any creature she could have imagined — the false appearance that they mean her well — and suddenly she finds herself forced to booby-trap her own home to survive. At just 80 precious minutes, it’s a Halloween potion with all the right ingredients: candy, pumpkins, the end of the world, a friendship born from adversity and a DIY manual for how to get rid of unwanted guests.
